Pengantar

Suatu perusahaan telah menetapkan sejumlah tujuan strategis untuk dirinya sendiri,
yang mana yang paling penting adalah meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dari situ
ingin tahu apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki dalam segala hal yang berhubungan
dengan IT. Perusahaan memutuskan bahwa menetapkan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai
prioritas utama sama dengan meningkatkan prioritas tujuan perusahaan.
